About our Artist
Rebecca Duffy is an accomplished artist who has worked with a variety of different materials to create unique pieces of art. She has a particular love of working with wood to capture a tangible expression of life in all of her creations. Each piece of custom art is designed to provide enjoyment to all who view it.
A client wanted to get a special gift for her husband. She contacted Rebecca and asked if it was possible to create an image of her husband's beloved dog, Scooter. Using a photograph, Rebecca created a custom intarsia image of their pet.
Our client was kind enough to send a note after giving the gift to her husband. It said:

The surprise "Scooter" present was wonderful. My hubby thought that you captured his spirit perfectly. Everyone was impressed at the precision of your work, the precise details, talent, and love that went into the piece.
Even Scooter thought that the piece was lifelike! Upon showing it to him, he backed up and barked, thinking it was another dog. You can't get any higher marks than that in my book!
The Intarsia piece will now take its place in the family room, just where it belongs. What a great talent you have. Thank you for sharing it with our family.
